After getting feedback from our customers, we have created the following diet plan with the most basic products to loose weight. Very effective and you will see quick results in weight loss.

1st Month Diet Plan

For the first we recommend to take the following products.

2 Quantities of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
1 Quantity of (Formula 3 Protein Powder OR Formula 2 Multivitamin)
1 Quantity of Afresh Energy Drink Mix
1 Quantity of Cell U Loss

Usage

Take formula 1 and formula 2/3 together with milk or water in your breakfast and dinner.
Take afresh energy drink mix in hot or cold water in place of your morning and evening tea.
Take 1 tablet of Cell U loss with each meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) . There are 90 tablets in it.

2nd Month Diet Plan

For the second month, we recommend to take the following products. This is same as "Ultimate Program" . Again very effective and helps to loose more weight.
2 Quantities of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix.
1 Quantity of Formula 2 Multivitamin Tablets.
1 Quantity of Cell Activator.
1 Quantity of Activated Fibre.

Usage

Take formula 1 with milk or water in your breakfast and dinner.
Take one tablet of formula 2 multivitamin with the shake in your breakfast and dinner. There are 90 tablets and will last for 45 days.
Take one tablet of Activated Fibre half an before your breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are 90 tablets and will last for 1 month.
Take one tablet of Cell Activator in your breakfast and dinner with the shakes.

For the third month, 

we recommend to take the following products.

2 X Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
1 X Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
1 X Cell U Loss

Usage
